A temporal right is the inherent and intrinsic authority owned by the holder of these rights, to use the power or capability associated with that right. For example: a new bean plant has the ability to grow and hence also the right to grow. These rights are called “temporal” because they come into being at moment their corresponding power is enabled and are extinguished when it is disable. Hence they are time based.
