This is a list of keywords associated with rights, freedom, government, and the duty of free agents along with definitions and explanations of their meaning as used on this website.


Natural RIght: A person’s authority to use his abilities, capacities, and property to do good.

Good: Anything that honors, respects, venerates, or protects natural rights.

Evil: Anything that infringes, reduces, violates, or otherwise impairs natural rights.

Freedom: A good circumstance; that governmental condition wherein a person has full use of his natural rights.

Originalism: original intent: The subjective opinion of the goal of the writer(s) of the law. With respect to our 51 constitutions, this refers to what the ratifying convention delegates understood they were implementing as law.
