This is the post I promised last time. It is focused on the hidden, but effective gender bullying that is going on in our schools and often in our workplaces. Usually unintended but nonetheless effective, it undermines self-confidence and self-esteem in an insidious way. If you get the insights I'm trying to share, please pass them along.
