Rights at the Boundary Layer


The place where your rights come into contact with the rights of others or with government, is the place where either conflict or cooperation will occur. Our revolutionary war and our founding documents both arose in that boundary layer.

This post continues a discussion of the fundamentals of the church and state problem: human rights. Knowing how to distinguish a right from a good idea is crucial to keeping order in that boundary between church and state.
